Shiatsu
Pat began training as a Shiatsu Practitioner having discovered its benefits at a particularly stressful period of her life. She has been a practitioner for nearly 20 years and continues to develop and update her skills by training with world-renowned therapists from Japan, the USA and the UK.  Her initial training was at the British School of Shiatsu-Do, where she was invited to continue as a teaching assistant. Yoga
Pat has been practising Yoga since childhood and completed her teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga who are accredited by the Sports Council of Great Britain.  For Pat, Yoga is a lifestyle choice and along with her own daily practice, she continues to develop her knowledge and understanding of Yoga attending seminars and workshops with some of the wisest and most respected yogis and yoginis of our time.

 Qi Gong
During her Shiatsu training, Pat began to support her own energy by practising Qi Gong on a daily basis.  This led her to complete a teacher training with Chris Jarmey author of "The theory and practice of Taiji Qi Gong".  She is a qualified TaiChi Qi Gong Shibashi Teacher.  However, after Chris' death, Pat felt she needed to take her practise further and began training with Damo Mitchell founder and director of the Lotus Nei Gong School of Daoist Arts.  After several years she began teacher training with him and is now teaching the Qi Gong system of the school.  She continues to train with Damo and other senior teachers within his school which offers a comprehensive system of Chinese Medicine, Taiji, Qi Gong, Baguazhang, Daoist Philosophy, Meditation etc.  Enough to keep her busy for life!
